Rami Rauch – Chief Executive Officer

Rami Rauch is the Chief Executive Officer of Applied Genomics, leading the company's strategy, business development, partnerships and operations. With more than 20 years of experience in biotechnology, computational biology, bioinformatics and software development, he combines scientific expertise with strong executive leadership.

Throughout his career, Rami has led multidisciplinary teams developing advanced bioinformatics solutions for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare and academic organizations. His expertise spans genomics, multi-omics analytics, computational drug discovery, clinical data analysis, software platforms, cloud computing and the application of artificial intelligence to life science research.

Under his leadership, Applied Genomics continues to expand its scientific capabilities, strategic collaborations and global customer base, helping organizations transform complex biological data into actionable insights that accelerate research, diagnostics and precision medicine.
 

Michal Golan Mashiach, Ph.D. – Founder & Chief Scientific Officer

Applied Genomics was founded in 2017 by Dr. Michal Golan Mashiach, who brings more than 15 years of academic and industry experience in genetics, bioinformatics and computational biology. Prior to founding Applied Genomics, she served as Chief Scientific Officer of Dr. Gene, a Hong Kong-based online genetic diagnostics company. She also works as a clinical consultant and NGS specialist with several genetics diagnostics and gene-editing companies in Israel.

Dr. Golan Mashiach holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and an MBA from Tel Aviv University, an M.Sc. in Bioinformatics from the Weizmann Institute of Science, and a Ph.D. in Systems Biology from the Weizmann Institute of Science.
